Navacon was contracted to complete site servicing for Parkland Ancaster, a 55+ lifestyle community offering premium retirement living. The project scope included full site servicing, construction of a parking lot, and installation of bio-swales. Work also involved excavation of footings, backfilling, and preparing the building for slab-on-grade construction. Additional infrastructure upgrades included building infiltration galleries and installing a Stormceptor oil grit separator, ensuring effective stormwater management and long-term site performance.
