granite chocolate factory, brantford

Navacon was contracted to complete site servicing for the initial phase of Brantford’s Granite Telephone City Logistics Centre, a business park along the Hardy Road–Oak Park Road corridor. The first phase includes a 409,000 sq ft building, covering nearly a quarter of the site. Navacon’s work encompassed full site servicing, parking lot construction, curbs, sidewalks, and footing excavation. Stormwater management features included the installation of bio-swales and a Stormceptor oil grit separator, while backfilling and preparing the building for slab-on-grade ensured the project progressed efficiently and met long-term performance standards.
